Service Description
Sip back and relax in our private space with our signature Tea for Two package. Includes a 10-minute hand and a 20-minute foot reflexology massage with 45 minutes of soaking relaxation. Choose from any of our all-natural Botanical or Milky Tea soaks. Served with a complimentary selection of chocolates and a cup of Tea Rabbit's Tea. --------------------------------------------------- Gift Card Holders: If you are scheduling, you will NOT be charged for service. We do not charge for online scheduling. We ask for a credit card to cover the no-show policy, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required to secure your preferred date and time. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups of 4 or more—this policy includes cancellations of any member of the group, downgrades in services for any member of the group, and rolling groups that are booked over multiple appointment times. A downgrade is considered to be a decrease in time/service. Guests can avoid this charge by giving at least 72 hours' notice for any changes, downgrades, or cancellations. Groups of 5 or more will have a 20% gratuity applied per person booked. Groups of more than 4 guests will be required to pay a non-refundale $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Groups of more than 8 guests are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior.
