Service Description
This is a deposit only. Final payment is due at the time of service. Does not include gratuity. Groups of 6 or more will have a 20% gratuity included in the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required to secure your preferred date and time. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups of 4 or more—this policy includes cancellations of any member of the group, downgrades in services for any member of the group and rolling groups that are booked over multiple appointment times. A downgrade is considered to be a decrease in time/service. Guests can avoid this charge by giving at least 72 hours' notice for any changes, downgrades, or cancellations. Groups of 6 or more will have a 20% gratuity applied per person booked. Groups of more than 4 guests will be required to pay a non-refundale $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Groups of more than 8 guests are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior. We do not allow outside alcohol to be brought into the spa. Tea Rabbit's STEAP Your Feet reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services for those who appear intoxicated.
