Service Description
Our team works with you and your guests to create a personalized experience. Enjoy a unique way to celebrate with Dahlonega's most luxurious retreat. This is a deposit only. Final payment is due at the time of service. Does not include gratuity. Groups of 5 or more will have a 20% gratuity included in the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required to secure your preferred date and time. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups of 4 or more—this policy includes cancellations of any member of the group, downgrades in services for any member of the group, and rolling groups that are booked over multiple appointment times. A downgrade is considered to be a decrease in time/service. Guests can avoid this charge by giving at least 72 hours' notice for any changes, downgrades, or cancellations. Groups of 5 or more will have a 20% gratuity applied per person booked. Groups of more than 4 guests will be required to pay a non-refundale $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Groups of more than 8 guests are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior.
