Service Description
Sip back and relax in our private space with our signature Tea for Two package. Includes a 10-minute hand and a 20-minute foot reflexology massage with 45 minutes of soaking relaxation. Choose from any of our all-natural Botanical or Milky Tea soaks. Served with a complimentary selection of chocolates and a double cup of Tea Rabbit's Tea. Gift Card Holders: If you are scheduling, you will NOT be charged for service. We do not charge for online scheduling. We ask for a credit card to cover the no-show policy, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required to secure your preferred date and time. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for groups of 4 or more—this policy includes cancellations of any member of the group, downgrades in services for any member of the group and rolling groups that are booked over multiple appointment times. A downgrade is considered to be a decrease in time/service. Guests can avoid this charge by giving at least 72 hours' notice for any changes, downgrades, or cancellations. Groups of 6 or more will have a 20% gratuity applied per person booked. Groups of more than 4 guests will be required to pay a non-refundale $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Groups of more than 8 guests are required to provide notice of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior. We do not allow outside alcohol to be brought into the spa. Tea Rabbit's STEAP Your Feet reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services for those who appear intoxicated.
